As TM Event Agency ("Company" or "TM Event"), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with our Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data may be processed by TM Event as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data (Name, Surname, Email, Phone, Company Info, IP Address) is processed for the following purposes:

  • Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company (Launch, Roadshow, Motivation, etc.),
  • Customizing the products and services offered by our Company according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs and recommending them to you,
  • Managing the proposal processes you requested and contacting you,
  • Determination and implementation of our commercial and business strategies,
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations and burden of proof in possible disputes.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to;

  • Our business partners and suppliers (e.g., Orgzaar infrastructure used in event operations),
  • Legally authorized public institutions and private persons (e.g., Tax offices, courts),
  • Server and cloud service providers from whom we receive information technology services,

within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through "Get a Quote" forms on our website, email correspondence, cookies, and similar means. These data are processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Establishment or performance of a contract: Necessary to meet your proposal request.
  • Legitimate interest: For our Company to continue its commercial activities and establish communication.
  • Legal obligation: Keeping log records (Law No. 5651).
  • Explicit Consent: Your consent given for commercial electronic message (newsletter/campaign) transmission.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)

Within the scope of KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and;

  • Learn whether personal data is processed,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK.

By checking the box "I accept the processing of my personal data" on the forms on our website;

  • You accept that your shared contact information (Email, Phone) will be recorded in the TM Event database,
  • You consent to receiving commercial messages regarding services, campaigns, newsletters, and event invitations offered by our Company via SMS, Email, and Call,
  • You consent to your data being shared with our service providers, message management systems, and Orgzaar technology.

You are deemed to have given explicit consent. You reserve the right to revoke this permission at any time by contacting us.
