Beyond an Ordinary Interview:
Strategic Experience Design
Gen Z has a short attention span and high expectations. For them, "experience" is much more valuable than dry information. HAVELSAN wanted to reach young engineer candidates in a giant arena like TEKNOFEST; but not with a classic stand and brochure, with a concept that would be etched in minds.
This is how the "Talent Capsule" idea was born. We took the recruitment process out of a scary interrogation room and transformed it into a gamified and safe area where they would feel like the protagonist of a science fiction movie.
Futuristic Design
We built a custom-produced capsule with sound insulation and RGB lighting that piques curiosity from the outside and isolates from the outside world once inside.
AI Analysis
The AI assistant inside the capsule created an instant competency map by analyzing the candidate's answers, voice tone, and facial expressions.
Instant Feedback
At the end of the interview, our AI provided the candidate with a personalized report including their strengths and areas for development. The "We'll call you" uncertainty was eliminated.
